In the morning, take a half-day Bosphorus Cruise to see the city from a completely different perspective. From the water, you'll pass by historic palaces, fortresses, and grandiose Ottoman homes. Afterward, visit the Spice Bazaar, where you can pick up aromatic teas, exotic spices, and sweets.

Day 7 is packed with jaw-dropping sights as you embark on the Cappadocia Red Tour. From the Goreme Open Air Museum to the otherworldly Love Valley, you’ll witness some of the most stunning landscapes in Turkey. Highlights of the tour include:
